We conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on business operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions through workshops, analysis and technology expertise.Our team, a subgroup of the Transformation Office, is tasked with project and workshop execution, challenging processes and identifying global change, and reporting to Transformation Office and Business executive teams. In addition to leading the execution of key strategic initiatives, we are commonly expected to facilitate conversation, conduct analyses, and produce succinct reporting to senior management.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:The Transformation Office is seeking an experienced Sr. Process Analyst to support Process Design team in driving operational efficiency initiatives. You will (a) lead data gathering and complex analysis; (b) create detailed process documentation and recommendations; (c) manage project documentation and status updates; and (d) contribute to the implementation of process improvements.
