This Supervisor Field Operations position reports to the Manager Field Operations and coordinates work across operations, construction, and asset management. You will prioritize schedules, allocate resources, communicate changing standards, and support safe, reliable systems. The role also includes team development, employee relations, reporting, and budget assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize and schedule work within required timelines
- Coordinate resources to meet customer requirements
- Direct staff on standards, practices, policies, and safety
- Support capital and operating budget management




- Complete reports and required special projects

Requirements:

- Journeyman Power Line Technician certification required
- Seven years’ electric distribution construction and operation experience
- Three years’ progressive supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of FortisAlberta operations and construction practices
- Microsoft Office competency; SAP or field applications familiarity an asset

Use distribution-system knowledge, scheduling capability, and safety-focused supervision to coordinate FortisAlberta field operations effectively.
