This part-time Cook prepares food according to Food & Beverage Department standards and government health regulations. The position includes buffet setup, inventory support, food quality checks, and waste control. Candidates should have cooking experience, Food Safe certification, and WHMIS knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare guest food according to department standards
- Operate grills, deep-fat fryers, and griddles
- Set up buffets, food, and catering displays
- Clean cooking surfaces, utensils, and preparation areas
- Maintain stock, inventory, quality, and quantity standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Zero to one year of cooking experience
- Food Safe certification is an asset
