Sun Peaks is hiring seasonal Prep Cook-Dishwashers for slope-side hotel and restaurant kitchens. You will assist with food preparation, sanitation, food storage, and health and safety. The position supports local, hotel, and business guests across unique kitchens providing food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes for guest service and food preparation
- Maintain sanitation standards and record equipment tests
- Clean food preparation and storage areas
- Deliver, date, and rotate food supplies
- Prepare fruits and vegetables to established standards

Requirements:

- Food Safe Level 1 Certification
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Ability to handle loads up to 35 kilograms
- Effective teamwork and willingness to support kitchen colleagues
- Previous culinary experience or education is an asset
