Keep dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment sanitary while supporting orderly work areas through dependable cleaning and sanitation practices.

As a Dishwasher, you will clean assigned items and maintain kitchen spaces, work areas, and equipment. The position includes polishing silver, washing food preparation surfaces, removing trash, and transferring supplies. You will follow procedures, assigned equipment requirements, and safety standards throughout daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polish silver using assigned equipment and established procedures
- Maintain clean, operational, and protected dish and kitchen areas
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks,



and food preparation surfaces
- Remove trash and steam clean or hose garbage cans

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Industrial washing machine experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
