Freight Team Associates stock shelves, pack merchandise, maintain aisle shoppability, and provide customer service as demand requires. The work includes merchandising promotions, coordinating with freight teammates, and picking, packing, labelling, and staging customer orders. Associates follow The Home Depot’s Get Model of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve full availability
- Pack out and pack down merchandise as directed
- Merchandise new items and promotional products
- Organize overheads and maintain clean, accessible aisles
- Pick, pack, label, and stage assigned customer orders

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience an asset
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
- Reach truck, forklift, and order picker knowledge an asset
