Lead two-sided marketplace growth at AMA through acquisition and onboarding strategies. This hybrid role connects providers, sellers, and consumers across Alberta. As Manager, Community Platform Growth, you will support the Services Marketplace and Product Marketplace. You will develop growth strategies, manage acquisition funnels, and strengthen member experiences through partnerships, digital campaigns, and AI-assisted tools. Reporting to the Director, Marketplace Exchange, you will collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations. Key Responsibilities:

Develop provider recruitment strategies across Alberta service categories Build seller and provider pipelines through outreach and referrals Manage onboarding requirements, profiles, orientation,



and entry standards Monitor conversion rates and time-to-active metrics Report acquisition performance and recommend evidence-based adjustments Requirements:

Business, Marketing, Communications diploma or degree Experience managing acquisition funnels or onboarding pipelines Two-sided marketplace experience considered an asset Experience with CRM and digital outreach platforms Experience using AI-assisted tools is an asset Bring marketplace strategy, relationship building, funnel analysis, and AI-assisted workflow experience to AMA’s growing platform.
