The successful candidate will play an key role in ensuring that events and daily food service activities run smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.What You'll DoOversee food preparation, presentation, portioning, setup, service, and cleanupCoordinate catering events from preparation through breakdownEnsure food and beverage service meets company quality and presentation standardsMonitor food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety requirementsEnsure proper handling, storage, and preparation of foodCommunicate with clients, customers, staff, vendors, and management as requiredRespond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and special requestsMonitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and report shortages or maintenance issuesEnsure kitchens, serving areas, equipment, and workspaces are clean and organizedAssist with ordering, receiving, and storing food and suppliesComplete operational checklists, reports, and other required documentationHelp manage busy periods, special events,
