Our Erin Mills location is looking for a Baker to join our team and help us deliver high-quality baked goods to our customers every day.Job DutiesPrepare and bake croissants, pastries, muffins, sandwiches, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standardsMix, proof, shape, and bakeMonitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent qualityDecorate and finish baked goods (glazing, icing, dusting, etc.)Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all timesMaintain a clean and organized bakery/kitchen work areaManage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies,
