This part-time Pro Shop Associate supports sales and member interactions within the club’s racket sports department. Responsibilities include explaining products and services, coordinating sales programs, maintaining inventory, and contributing communications. Racquet stringing can be taught when prior experience is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the online shop through Shopify
- Explain tennis, squash, and athletic products
- Execute sales programs with club events
- Receive, price, stock, and check merchandise
- Process account transactions and payments

Requirements:

- Prior racquet sports experience preferred
- Retail or merchandising experience is an asset
- Ability to string or learn racquets
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and bend
