Support kitchen sanitation as a Dishwasher by cleaning cookware, utensils, glassware, and food preparation surfaces. Work includes maintaining sanitary equipment and organized work areas.

As a Dishwasher, you will help keep kitchen operations clean and orderly through detailed washing and sanitation duties. Responsibilities include polishing silver, maintaining dish equipment, removing trash, and transferring supplies, products, and equipment. You will also wash refrigerators, meat blocks, walls, worktables, and other preparation surfaces. Candidates must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent. Previous dishwashing and industrial washing machine experience are preferred, while the ability to work under pressure and perform physical duties is required. Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting is stated for this position.

Key Responsibilities:





- Maintain dish and kitchen areas in orderly sanitary condition
- Clean equipment and verify it remains in working condition

- Assist with supply and equipment transfers between work areas
