AITI is hiring a Construction Safety Training Coordinator to keep our construction-sector programs running smoothly. You will be the operational hub between clients, instructors, and regulatory bodies — scheduling sessions, managing certifications, and ensuring compliance documentation is airtight.

Responsibilities

- Schedule Working at Heights, WHMIS, and confined-space courses.
- Coordinate instructors, venues, and equipment logistics.
- Maintain learner records and issue certificates of completion.
- Liaise with clients on group bookings and renewals.

Qualifications

- 2+ years in training coordination, scheduling, or administration.
- Familiarity with Ontario construction health & safety regulations.
- Solid organizational and client-communication skills.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning-management tools.
