Customer solutions and Custom Framing training define this seasonal Michaels service team member position in TOR-BRAMPTON/NORTH, ON. Serve shoppers across the store.

This position provides friendly assistance, checkout service, and education about Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and VOC surveys. You will be cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production while supporting stocking, recovery, and Omni channel processes. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer solutions and locate merchandise
- Complete Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interact with others respectfully in difficult situations
- Remain standing for long periods
- Perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching
- Be at least sixteen years old

Use customer service, sales support, and Custom Framing training to represent Michaels and assist shoppers throughout the store.
