Shape high-performing collision repair teams at Solus Canada’s Cambridge, Ontario centre through coaching, safety leadership, and operational improvement. This role is in office. As Production Manager, you will help define performance, culture, and customer experience at the Aviva AutoCare Centre, Powered by Solus. The position requires leadership across technicians and support staff, plus attention to safety, compliance, repair quality, and continuous improvement. You will also address escalations. Minimum five years’ collision repair management experience Demonstrated success leading collision repair teams Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities Strong organization across multiple priorities Valid driver’s licence and repair systems proficiency desirable Use team development, safety leadership, and collision repair knowledge to strengthen Solus Canada’s Cambridge operation and customer experience.
