Deliver hands-on technical service from Best Buy’s Edmonton West location, using everyday technology knowledge and customer service skills. This is a full-time field role.

Best Buy calls this position a field service agent, with no experience required. You will receive training while delivering, installing, and repairing technology in customers’ homes. You will also answer technology questions, maintain vehicles and equipment, and create qualified customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technology products to customers’ homes
- Install and repair the latest technology
- Help customers determine their technology needs
- Respond to customers’ technology questions
- Maintain vehicles and equipment properly

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Maintain a clean driver’s abstract
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Successfully complete a criminal background check
