Under the general supervision of the Public Works Manager, Public Works Supervisor, or designate, a Labourer performs and assists with a variety of operational and maintenance tasks such as snow shovelling, snow removal, surveying, utility locates, cemetery maintenance, and infrastructure (water and sewer, roads and sidewalks) repair and maintenance.
