IS2 Workforce Solutions is recruiting two experienced Welder/Fitters for a steel manufacturing client. The work emphasizes fitting structural steel components, interpreting shop drawings, and assembling custom steel components. Candidates need structural steel experience and familiarity with fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fit and weld structural steel components using MIG welding
- Read and interpret shop drawings and welding diagrams
- Measure, align, position, and assemble steel components
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements:

- Three or more years of structural steel welding experience
- Solid fitting skills and MIG welding experience
- Steel fabrication or manufacturing environment experience
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- CWB certification and TSSA tickets
