including removing existing gas furnaces and AC equipment and leaving every space clean and readyExecute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precisionRead and work from blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidentlyStay current on local building codes and make sure every job is compliant before wrap-upGuide and support less experienced installers on the crew — dividing responsibilities clearly, catching issues early, and bringing people up to speed on Jetson equipment and proceduresHold the quality bar high whether working solo or alongside your team — and speak up when something isn’t right, regardless of who installed itDeliver a standout customer experience — communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job, answer their questions,
