Royal York Property Management is seeking a Senior Paralegal – Litigation, LTB & Collections to manage residential tenancy, Small Claims Court litigation, collections and judgment enforcement in a hybrid GTA setting.5+ years of Ontario paralegal experience (7+ preferred), robust Small Claims Court litigation and LTB experience, and proven file management. Prepare pleadings, appear in court where permitted, and help develop efficient recovery strategies for a high-volume portfolio.
