Support Indigenous students as an Educational Assistant at Prairie Hope High School in Brandon, using classroom support and cultural awareness.

Reporting to the School Principal, this term contract supports regular attendance and academic success for Brandon School Division students. The IAA/BSSIP assignment requires communication, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to support learning in English, Mathematics, and other student-level subjects. Duties are established by the Principal and may change according to student needs.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Educational Assistant Certificate or two years applicable experience
• Demonstrated Indigenous cultural awareness and knowledge
• Understanding of Restitution and Indigenous family challenges
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
