The Machine Operator manages the automatic insertion process for all orders. The position requires operating various insertion equipment while following established processes and procedures. Daily work includes production scheduling, run balancing, troubleshooting, minor adjustments, setups, and workplace organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate insertion equipment for various mailing applications
- Maintain quality standards across all processed work
- Follow production schedules and balance runs before starting current ones
- Perform troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and equipment setups
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and report hazards

Requirements:

- One to two years of experience running inserters
- High School completion preferred
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Ability to comply with Environmental, Health & Safety policies
