The work includes occupied and unoccupied apartments, building common areas, drywall preparation, repairs, and painting. You will respond to work orders, coordinate scheduling, and support tenant relations across the Southwest Properties portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Repair, tape, mud, and sand drywall before paintingPatch wall holes and remove switch platesPaint walls, cupboards, closets, bathrooms, and stairwaysRespond promptly to service requests and work ordersMaintain inventory and communicate supply needsRequirements:Three to four years of similar experiencePainting course or certificateValid driver's license and reliable transportationWHMIS, Fall Arrest, and First AidCriminal Records Check completionApply your painting, drywall repair, scheduling, and customer service skills across Southwest Properties' HRM residential portfolio.
