Daniels Health is searching for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a Lead Representative at Intermountain clinic locations. This position is responsible for the inspection and servicing of all products within their assigned hospital or medical center. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory and delivering the first line of customer service on behalf of Daniels. The Representative will team up daily with drivers, operations personnel, sales teams, and corporate support staff to service their assigned hospital location.Check this out on our YouTube! https://www.Youtube.Com/watch?v=oJwL6AH1G8AWhat will your job involve?Traveling to applicable service sites everyday, rotating between 5 hospitalsBackfilling for field service representatives:Arrives on-time at facility in Daniels-appropriate uniform and checks in with EVS staff on arrival/departure. Checks in and out of shifts using our time tracking softwareEnsures staging area is neat and orderly and all delivery equipment is in working orderChecks and services containers throughout hospital according to Daily Service ScheduleExchanges containers, loads transporters with full containers, and transports full containers to storage area to replace cart with empty containersStays in consistent communication with field service supervisor on quality of containers, issues, and status of service schedulePeriodically communicates with nurses, nurse managers, environmental services mangers,



and other stakeholder regarding current needsLifting containers weighing up to 40 lbsPushing / pulling wheeled transporters and/or palletized product up to approximately 300 lbsProviding management support for field service representatives including but not limited to:Addresses and resolves concernsEvaluates service and provides training as needed for field service representativesProvides clinical staff training for standard and premium accountsIs readily available for servicing emergencies state-wideShadows representatives as needed to ensure quality servicePerforming waste audits as neededLeads and/or assists with customer installsWhat are we looking for?Personal transportation to multiple Hospitals!!Standard Hospital Vaccinations!!!Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screeningWillingness to take a 7 year background check1 + years of previous lead experience is required/minimumPrevious experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)Basic math and ability to read/record weights accuratelyFamiliarity with weighbridge/scale systemsComfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standardsComfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPEProven longevity with employersCan-do attitude!!Seeking EVS, Housekeeping, Sterilization Technician Experience!Why work for us?Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proofConsistent work hours – Monday – Friday (6:00AM - 2:00PM)Benefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!!Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week!Market-competitive salary – This position is offering a set rate (non-Negotiable) of $25.00 to $27.00 per hour!!$25 - $27 an hour
