Lead IC&E; field operations for Valar Atomics, applying instrumentation, controls, and electrical expertise. Travel between project locations and work variable schedules. As IC&E; Superintendent, you will direct supervisors, technicians, and apprentices across Valar Atomics facilities and projects. The position combines workforce planning, resource allocation, safety, quality, technical execution, and personnel development. You will interface with Engineering, Operations, Construction, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Lead IC&E; supervisors, technicians, and apprentices Plan staffing, equipment, materials, and field resources Oversee installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting Support commissioning, startup,



and system turnover Coordinate execution across engineering and construction disciplines Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Extensive hands-on IC&E; or industrial experience Supervision experience with technical craft personnel Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems Ability to interpret schematics, P&IDs;, and loop drawings Bring technical leadership, workforce planning, and field execution expertise to Valar Atomics’ IC&E; organization.
