Apply CAD and data analysis skills as a Test R&D; Engineer Co-op with Stryker Endoscopy, working hybrid or onsite. Help evaluate products through testing.

This co-op supports Stryker’s Opto-mechanical Test R&D; team throughout product development. You will assist with test methods, fixtures, prototyping, documentation, and design evaluation. The work involves collaboration with Project Managers, Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate from design feasibility through product launch
- Assist with test method and fixture development
- Perform testing and document procedures and results
- Evaluate design options through bench testing
- Support prototypes and test fixturing

Requirements:

- Third-year undergraduate student or higher
- Mechanical, optical, mechatronics, or related engineering studies
- Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
- Microsoft Office proficiency and data analysis experience
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Develop test methods, analyze results, and support Stryker Endoscopy product quality through opto-mechanical engineering work.
