and field professionals who value excellence and accountability.Build Long‑Term Value– Join a family‑owned company that invests in leadership, vision, and sustainable growth.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager (Marine Projects), you will be responsible for bothpreconstruction leadership and successful project execution, including:Preconstruction & Estimating LeadershipLead and supportcore estimatesin collaboration with the Estimating DivisionDevelop pricing strategies, risk assessments, construction methodologies, and submission narrativesReview drawings, specifications, quantities, and schedules to drive accurate, competitive estimatesProvide executive‑level insight on constructability, risk mitigation, and cost certaintyProject Execution & DeliveryLead marine projects from award through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performanceManage contracts, change orders, progress reporting, and claims strategyOversee subcontractor negotiations, coordination, and performanceMaintain strong job cost forecasting, billing, and financial controlsLeadership & Client EngagementAct as a key client interface and support business development effortsMentor and develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and EngineersChampion VanPile’s Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) culture across all phasesWhat You BringEducationDegree or Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical EngineeringExperience8+ yearsof project management experience in marine or heavy civil constructionProven involvement inestimating, budgeting,
