Apply construction estimating expertise as a Construction Technologist in Northern British Columbia, preparing costs, quantities, schedules, and technical project documentation.

This full time permanent position supports construction projects from Prince George, Fort St. John, or Fort Nelson. You will analyze specifications, contract conditions, materials, equipment, and project costs. The work includes office responsibilities, site visits, and coordination with field crews, suppliers, contractors, managers, and other resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, schedules, and bid documentation
- Calculate direct material, component, labour, equipment, and overhead costs
- Review contractor submissions and verify quantity and cost calculations
- Coordinate project activities, technical reports,



drawings, surveys, and progress data
- Provide technical advice to field crews and project resources

Requirements:

- Technology diploma, construction-related degree, or related trades qualification
- Five years of construction or project management experience
- Experience supporting construction in field or office settings
- Excellent knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle
