Support Technology executives at ARC’TERYX from North Vancouver with complex calendars, international travel, and operational coordination in a hybrid workplace. As an Executive Assistant, you will support typically two to three Technology Executives while partnering across the organization. Your work covers inbox management, meeting coordination, presentation materials, expenses, invoices, budgets, and events. Sound judgement, discretion, and adaptable communication help maintain momentum across competing priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain weekly views of goals, priorities, and commitments Manage executive calendars, inboxes, meetings, and follow-ups Coordinate domestic and international multi-leg travel arrangements Process expenses, vendor invoices, budgets,



and financial requests Plan Technology events and coordinate leadership activities Requirements:

Three or more years of Executive Assistant experience Microsoft Office proficiency and PowerPoint presentation expertise Robust time management, judgement, and prioritization skills Discretion, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality Eligibility to work in Canada and flexible availability when needed Bring executive support, calendar management, travel coordination, and discretion to ARC’TERYX’s Technology organization in North Vancouver.
