Lead housekeeping operations at Amica Somerset House as a full time supervisor, directing teams and maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the residence.Reporting to the Community Operations Manager, you will plan, organize, assign, inspect, develop, and direct daily housekeeping functions. The position oversees Housekeepers, cleaning schedules, sanitization, inspections, and resident satisfaction.
