Senior Electrical Engineer – Vancouver, B.C.We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Vancouver, B.C. office. The role involves acting as a technical leader, bridging complex engineering design with field execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of electrical engineering and design for mineral processing projects and associated infrastructure (industrial processing, precious metals and/or iron ore plants).Develop proposals and conceptual designs for Pre‑feasibility, Feasibility and Detail engineering design projects.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project teams.Work through project lifecycle phases: concept development, feasibility studies, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and operations.Liaise with internal and external clients, other discipline professionals, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective delivery.Demonstrate a high standard of personal safety and safety‑in‑design practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Sound knowledge of the mining industry, Canadian regulatory codes and standards.Professional Engineer and Member of EGBC.15+ years of relevant experience in HV,



MV and LV power transmission and distribution systems.Knowledge of IEEE and IEC standards is an asset.Extensive engineering experience in a design/consultancy/operational environment; prior experience in industrial processing and/or mining and metals setting is considered an asset.Well‑developed communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.Proficiency with instrumentation and control systems in industrial applications.Ability to self‑manage time, priorities and activities.Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.What We OfferHealth and benefits package.RRSP Matching.Opportunity to work on significant projects for the Canadian mining industry.Significant career growth potential.Discretionary bonus.Salary Range: $160K - $180K.
