You will contribute to assessments, designs, and construction projects for institutional, municipal, commercial, industrial, public, and private clients. Your work supports integrated mechanical systems and project documentation.Key Responsibilities:Design ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systemsConduct field surveys and site reviews for project informationProduce survey and design drawings using Revit and AutoCADUpdate plans, schematics, details, codes, and company standardsCollaborate with engineers and other disciplines for system integrationRequirements:Diploma in mechanical systems, building, or equivalent trainingFive to seven years of mechanical systems experienceConsulting engineering experience considered idealKnowledge of AutoCAD and/or RevitValid driver's license and basic French proficiencyBring mechanical systems design, Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration skills to EXP's Calgary Buildings practice serving diverse clients.
