Lead indirect category strategy at IPEX from its hybrid Oakville office, using strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation across North America. As Category Manager - Indirect, you will develop sourcing strategies for components, finished goods, and resale products. You will align regional initiatives with global procurement objectives while supporting Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams. Your work will strengthen supply performance and deliver business value. Key Responsibilities:

Develop category sourcing strategies and lead supplier selection activities Negotiate contracts and manage strategic supplier relationships Analyze markets, pricing, supplier performance, and supply risks Drive sourcing compliance, cost savings,



and working capital objectives Support current product sourcing, supplier trials, and qualification Requirements:

Supply Chain Management education or CSCMP certification Minimum seven years progressive procurement experience At least five years in category management or strategic sourcing Contract negotiation, vendor management, and measurable savings experience ERP, procurement reporting, Microsoft Office, and Excel proficiency Apply category management, market intelligence, and negotiation expertise to advance IPEX sourcing strategies across North America.
