This Canada-based work supports major mission-critical developments. As Schedule Manager, you will oversee integrated programmes from design through commissioning and client handover. You will work with Project Directors, construction, commercial, design, commissioning, and Project Controls teams. The position requires robust schedule analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve contractor schedule submissions Integrate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client milestones Evaluate delays, change events, and contractor recovery plans Chair planning meetings, workshops,



and progress reviews Produce executive programme reports, dashboards, and planning metrics Requirements:

Eight or more years of major construction planning experience Extensive construction scheduling and project controls knowledge Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 Critical path, delay analysis, earned value, and recovery expertise Experience presenting programmes to senior client representatives Bring Primavera P6, delay analysis, and stakeholder management expertise to GagaMuller’s integrated planning function across Canada.
