Aecon Concessions is seeking an Enterprise Learning Partner to design, develop, and evolve enterprise-wide learning solutions and role-based programs. This hybrid role reports to Learning leadership and partners with HR, operations, and SMEs to address capability needs.The role emphasizes design leadership, scalable solutions, and ongoing evaluation, with a focus on aligning learning with strategic priorities and workforce development. Three days in office per week are expected.
