Lead AI engineering at Definity through Python, machine learning, and scalable platforms supporting property and casualty insurance. Work flexibly in hybrid office and virtual settings. As AI Engineering Lead, you will provide technical authority and strategic leadership across Definity’s insurance value chain. You will architect AI and data platforms, guide production-grade applications, and mentor engineers and data scientists. Your work will support underwriting, pricing, claims, customer experience, and fraud prevention. Key Responsibilities:

Define long-term technical strategy for AI-driven business solutions Architect scalable, real-time AI systems through production Design machine learning solutions,



including LLMs and computer vision Oversee data workflows for the AI fraud prevention platform Mentor engineers and data scientists on complex projects Requirements:

Mastery of Python and AI/ML frameworks Production experience with AI applications, RAG, and agent workflows Cloud architecture experience with Google Cloud or AWS Degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field 8+ technology years, including 3+ fraud production years Shape Definity’s AI direction with Python, cloud platforms, responsible AI, and fraud prevention expertise across insurance.
