Résidence Unique Sherbrooke is looking for personal care attendants (PAB) to complete its team. Full-time or part time position, on day, evening and night shifts.As a personal care attendant, you will have the opportunity to:Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding and dressing.Provide transportation for appointments or other activities when needed.Monitor medication schedules and administer medication as prescribed.Coordinate care with other service providers.Adapt daily interventions and apply care plans with flexibility.Report any irregularity in residents' health status to members of the care team.Provide a human presence for social and emotional needs.Perform all other related duties.RequirementsTrainingRecognized training (DEP or AEP).Law 90 training.Up-to-date CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).Profile soughtAbility to work in an interdisciplinary team and with partners.Strong ability to work in a context of change.Flexibility and adaptability.Autonomy, initiative, open-mindedness and creativity.Excellent judgment and ability to manage risk.Excellent self- and stress-management skills.
