This full time position requires hands-on retail leadership.As Department Manager for Garden Supplies, you will oversee Garden Supplies and Pottery operations. The work includes receiving, pricing, merchandising, and replenishment. You will use POS systems, analyze sales data, and communicate needs to Purchasing.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily Garden Supplies and Pottery department operationsLead receiving, pricing, preparation, and merchandising processesKeep displays fully stocked and presentation readyUse POS systems for inventory and sales reportingMonitor inventory movement and communicate replenishment opportunitiesRequirements:Minimum three years of retail experienceGarden supplies, hardware, or home improvement experience preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organization, detail, and data analysis abilitiesForklift and Pesticide Dispensing certification or training willingnessBring retail leadership, inventory accuracy, and guest service skills to GARDENWORKS Garden Supplies and Pottery departments.
