Convergint seeks a team-oriented, results-driven technician for customer and technical support across new and installed systems. You will test, repair, service, and commission equipment while resolving service calls. The work includes programming, reporting, and regular project communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test, repair, and service fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and software
- Resolve emergency and standard service calls
- Complete wiring checkout, start-ups, and programming
- Prepare commissioning and detailed service reports

Requirements:

- Essential CFAA Fire Alarm Technician certification
- Three to five years of commercial experience
- Experience in installation, start-up, and commissioning
- Solid programming, mechanical, and electrical aptitude
- Strong customer communication and organizational skills
