Help Canadian insurance advisors access PPI tools, illustrations, and support as a bilingual Insurance Advisor Support Manager. Work from home up to three days weekly.

This 12-month contract sits within PPI’s national Sales Enablement team, supporting independent advisors across regions. You will provide timely responses, facilitate advisor growth conversations, and collaborate on complex cases. The position values financial services expertise, compliance awareness, and effective English and French communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build advisor capability to access PPI tools independently
- Support Inforce Illustrations when appropriate
- Collaborate with Advisor Solutions Managers nationwide
- Maintain seamless support experiences for advisors
- Document activities and interactions in required trackers

Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in English and French required
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Robust time management and prioritization abilities
- Current life license or willingness to work toward one
- Teams, Outlook, and Excel knowledge considered an asset
