As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the safety, functionality, and overall condition of Northview's residential portfolio. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will troubleshoot requests, complete scheduled tasks, address deficiencies, and escalate repairs requiring specialized trades. Solid documentation and professional resident relations remain central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement preventative maintenance programs and scheduled tasks
- Troubleshoot, prioritize, and respond to emergency situations
- Communicate recurring issues and significant deficiencies to supervisors




- Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs
- Perform safe repairs, renovations, and equipment moves

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with general building systems and repairs
- Minor renovation and suite maintenance experience considered an asset
- Ability to document work and required follow-up accurately
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance materials
- Ability to work safely with tools and equipment
