You'llhelp create a safe, comfortable, and energizing environment for workers living far from home.The Driver/General Helper works at a remote site (camp, mine, construction site, etc.) and is responsible for the safe transportation of personnel, materials, and supplies, while also providing operational support to various teams on site. This versatile role requires autonomy, flexibility,



and strict adherence to health and safety standards.As a Driver/General Help,you will:Driving and TransportationEnsure the safe transport of employees, visitors, and materialsPerform daily vehicle inspections (pre- and post-use)Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, and report any issuesComply with traffic laws and internal driving policiesOperational Support (General Helper)Perform various manual tasks (loading/unloading, cleaning, setup, etc.)Support supply and inventory managementKeep work areas clean and safeAssist with daily operations as neededHealth and SafetyFollow all occupational health and safety procedures and site regulationsParticipate in safety meetings and required trainingReport incidents, hazards, or unsafe conditionsWear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain accurate driving logs and reportsWhat You BringA sense of adventure and readiness to live and work in a remote settingExperience driving in challenging conditions (remote roads, winter, worksites) – an assetExperience in remote or industrial environments – an assetA team-first attitude andstrong communicationskillsPhysical ability to meet job demands (e.G., lifting, standing forlong periods)Commitment to safety, respect,
