As an Assay Development and Clinical Chemistry Technician, you will support clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, and cell-based assay development. The role includes experiment execution, analytical studies, validation, and integration with scientists, engineers, and software teams. Vital Bio connects this work to the VitalOne point-of-care diagnostics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute assay development, optimization, and verification experiments
- Assess accuracy, precision, sensitivity, specificity, and robustness
- Support calibrator and control material testing activities
- Document protocols, results,



and conclusions under FDA and CLIA standards
- Resolve assay performance and integration challenges

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field
- Two or more years of clinical chemistry assay development experience
- Proficiency with ELISA, flow cytometry, and relevant assays
- Experience with biological specimens is an asset
- Knowledge of valuable laboratory practices and pipetting techniques
