Maintain Lucid Corp. facilities onsite using cleaning, minor repair, and safety inspection skills. This permanent full-time position requires physical attendance.

As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will support routine facility upkeep with minimal supervision. The work includes floor care, waste removal, equipment movement, and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will also support repairs, safety checks, and seasonal walkway maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, stairs, and hallways
- Operate industrial vacuums and empty waste containers
- Make minor system adjustments and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Perform appliance repairs, safety checks, and security checks
- Transparent snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Seven months to less than one year of experience
- Ability to work at the physical location
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Authorization to work in Canada
