The Fulfillment Coordinator II is an experienced coordination role supporting accurate, timely order processing. Use Oracle, SAP, or WMS systems, operational reporting, and Microsoft Office tools. Analyze trends, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with warehouse, clerical, transportation, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process, release, and manage customer orders within ERP systems
- Monitor order progression from creation through shipment
- Troubleshoot inventory, system, shipment, and documentation issues




- Analyze recurring issues and identify workflow improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and escalate complex issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Typically two to three years in fulfillment, logistics, or warehousing
- Knowledge of order fulfillment and warehouse operations
- ERP, WMS, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift
