In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet our high standards of quality.



Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of delivering innovative solutions that last.ResponsibilitiesWork independently and operate primarily Makino or DMG style High Speed machines (machines must be running at all times)Set-up technician (duties may entail the set-up and monitoring of many machines per shift)Working in a high precision environment and contributing to maintaining the specification of design and qualityAlso capability of editing and improving cutter paths generated by programming department if you could improve efficienciesWork in a team setting and assist junior machinistsWork with established TGM standards and practicesComplete work that you are responsible for in a timely and productive mannerRequirementsEnglish written and spokenCollege or Trade school diploma as Mechanical Technician or similar is an asset; Training in and strong knowledge of AutoCadMinimum five years of experience working with CNC machinesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30.00-$37.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefitsCompany pensionDental careExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingRRSP matchWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
