10+ years leading high-growth People teams Deep People Business Partner and talent development experience Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, and LTV Proven large-scale change management experience Executive influence and internal product-building experience Lead Clio’s global people strategy by integrating business partnering, learning, succession, and performance management expertise.
