The successful candidate creates designs aligned with performance, buildability, efficiency, standards, and outlined design philosophy. The Electrical Engineer also manages schedules, communicates with stakeholders, prepares technical summaries, and supports customer presentations. Daily work requires analytical problem solving, root cause analysis, clear recommendations, and accurate project records covering revisions, changes, specifications, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create designs, technical summaries, and contract documents
- Ensure products meet quality standards and applicable regulations
- Document revisions, change controls,



specifications, and project progress
- Communicate project information effectively to all stakeholders
- Assist Sales and Marketing with customer technical presentations

Requirements:

- Four year electrical engineering degree or technologist diploma
- Knowledge of Solid Works software
- Familiarity with CSA, UL, and industry standards
- Solid analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to simplify complex problems and analyze root causes
