As Manager, R&D;, you will lead experience analysis while supporting globally consistent, centralized practices. You will manage treaty implementation, guide a team, and contribute to global tools, standards, models, testing, and methodologies. The work requires actuarial principles, modern experience studies, and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead North American experience analysis and deliver high-quality insights
- Implement new treaties promptly across relevant systems
- Progress the backlog of previously unimplemented treaties




- Set priorities and provide technical team guidance
- Support global tools, standards, model risk, and data quality

Requirements:

- Qualified Actuary with five years in life reinsurance
- Strong understanding of actuarial principles and processes
- Awareness of Excel, SQL, R, and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills, judgement, and commercial awareness
- Strong communication and presentation skills
