This permanent Academic Advisor provides comprehensive services for the PharmD and CAP programs while supporting the Director of Admissions and Undergraduate Affairs. The position evaluates academic standing, interprets university and professional regulations, exercises delegated signing authority, and prepares reports, recommendations, and briefing materials. It also responds to inquiries, supports admissions activities, contributes to accreditation work, and helps deliver programming for academic success, professionalism, leadership, career planning, and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Exercise delegated authority for plans, petitions, and graduations
- Manage Verification of Condition Form documentation and records




- Consult leadership on complex cases and policy interpretation
- Prepare progression, retention, enrollment, and advising reports
- Contribute to recruitment, orientation, workshops, and accreditation activities

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- At least three years supporting post-secondary students
- Robust policy interpretation, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- Excellent diplomacy, discretion, professionalism, and relationship-building ability
- Experience with databases and university administrative systems
