Capability Scotland is recruiting experienced Children’s Support Workers for residential, respite, and Lifeskills services. You will support individuals aged 5 to 20 in a campus-based setting, helping develop independence, confidence, and life skills. Work is delivered one-to-one and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, dressing, and medication support
- Assist with mobility and mealtimes
- Support school and appointment attendance
- Encourage recreational and social activity participation
- Promote independence through structured Lifeskills activities

Requirements:

- Caring, patient, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care or social support experience is advantageous
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
- UK driving licence and vehicle access essential
